Projects One Safety Online is a mobile application and web platform that can assist all construction businesses to manage projects and their safety in one place. It takes away a lot of the paper-based safety documents that tradies find too difficult/time consuming/costly to do and provides a platform for tradies to create and record their safety documents using their phone or tablet onsite where it should be done in around 10 minutes.

Yes, Projects One Safety Online makes your safety paperwork easy. Where possible we have given you drop down lists to choose from or tick boxes to select. Your safety paperwork shouldn’t take any more than 10 minutes from the toolbox meeting to a completed Safe Work Method Statement. If in doubt you can always pick up the phone and give us a call. Can my staff see all my projects and customer details?
Staff only see customer details, projects, and tasks when you give them permission.
Can I copy similar projects and tasks to other customers?
Yes, copying projects, tasks and SWMS is easy.
What is required to get set up and start using the app and web platform?

Yes, Projects One Safety Online is very versatile. You can even give your principal contractor a login so they can see your SWMS and progress on the job, share photos or documents.
