  • “Our Site”, means all BWD websites, web applications and mobile applications
  • ‘Confidential Information’ includes, and is not limited to, any trade secrets, inventions, information, data, processes, specifications, reports, financial plans and data, technology, knowhow, records, statistics, management systems, business plans, computer software, user or operational manuals, client details, property details, Client’s personal information or other things relating to the property or affairs of the Client

2. Information collection

2.1 In order to provide a better service to you, we may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services
  • we may also ask you for information at other times, for example in connection with a promotion or when you report a problem with our site
  • if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence
  • we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them

7. Security

7.1 Clients that purchase a paid subscription provide us, or our payment processors, with billing details such as credit or debit card information, banking information, and billing addresses. When you purchase a subscription through one of our payment processors, we receive only partial information about your card and BWD doesn’t store card holder information on our servers. We use your payment information in order to fulfil, track and manage your subscription.

  • All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
  • Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

8.1 If Group of Diamonds Pty Ltd engages in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, bankruptcy, dissolution, sale of company assets, financing, public offering of securities, or due diligence and other steps in contemplation and negotiation of such activities, we may share or transfer information that we collect under this privacy policy, subject to standard confidentiality agreements.
